Products are shipped within 1 to 3 business days via UPS, FedEx, USPS from when order is received. 

Prices are $13.00 for items shipped to the East Coast

$14.00 for items shipped to the Mid West 

$15.00 for items shipped to the West Coast.

A  $10.00 charge will be added for larger Items having a volume charge.

When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from Thumper , please contact support@openroadluggage.com.

Upon return and receipt of the product(s), Thumper  will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling - NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible) and with all paperwork, parts, accessories, etc. so as to ensure full credit.

NOTE: We advise that when shipping products back to Thumper , customers should choose the same shipper as when the product(s) was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping.Please enclose a copy of invoice with order number.
